A sageFlocup is a menstrual cup, a great hygienic alternative to tampons and pads. It is made from 100% medical grade silicone and is safe for long term use. It is the healthier and more sustainable option.
The Sageflocup can last up to 10 years if cared for correctly. Unlike other menstrual products, The Sageflocup does not absorb fluids that are secreted during the menstrual cycle. It simply catches the fluid during your cycle by creating a light suction between the vaginal walls and sits under the cervix until it is needed to be emptied.
Depending on the menstrual flow, it is safe to keep inserted for up to 12 hours.
The Sageflocup comes in two sizes:
- Small for woman under the age of 30
- Large for woman over the age of 30 and/or who have given birth naturally or by caesarian irrespective of age
Inserting your SageFloCup
1. Wash your hands with soap and water
2. Rinse your SageFloCup with clean water
3. Get into a comfortable position (squat, sit, or
stand with one leg raised). Be aware that the

4. Fold the SageFloCup using your preferred
