One full pack seasons 20 kg of beef using the suggested recipe on the packaging, producing approximately 22.25 kg of uncooked boerewors mixture once the water, vinegar and seasoning are added.
Suggested recipe:
- 20 kg beef with an 80:20 meat-to-fat ratio
- 1 kg water
- 250 g vinegar
- 1 kg Safari Boerewors Seasoning
Produced in South Africa. Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight and reseal after use.
