Batch Pack is flavoured with encapsulated mace, oleorsesin nutmeg, coriander, pimento, garlic, black pepper, cloves, capsicum, ginger, and cryogenically ground caraway and celery. In addition, a flavour enhancer together with a flavour intensifier assist the longevity of the flavour during processing, freeze thaw cycles and prolonged high temperature cooking. Functional ingredients include Prague Powder curing salt, cure accelerator, phosphates, Emulsipro 90e for maximum emulsification and stabilisation. The product is packed in laminated foil to preserve the flavour and functionality.
