How to use:
Hot - Heat your Keyboard and Mouse Rest in the microwave for between 10-30 seconds give a little shake to disperse heat.
Cold - Place the Keyboad and Mouse Rest in a refrigerator prior to use in a sealed zipped pouch or a ziplock bag.
