Introducing the Reflex Strike Sticks by 1818 Fight: premium lightweight training tools crafted to elevate speed, accuracy, and reactive timing across boxing, MMA, and a wide range of performance sports. Whether you're fine-tuning your defence or building crisp offensive combinations, these sticks offer a safe, effective way to simulate real contact and sharpen critical fight skills.
Constructed with ultra-durable synthetic leather, each baton features a padded EVA foam core that absorbs impact while offering a soft, responsive target, ideal for fast-paced strike training and defensive movement drills. The slim, ergonomic grip and reinforced wrist loops keep the sticks secure and stable, even when absorbing hard shots or rapid-fire combinations. Unlike traditional paddles or mitts, they allow for more dynamic movement and freedom of positioning, making them a smart choice for technical coaching at any level.
Designed to mimic the angles and speed of a real opponent's punches, these sticks are a go-to for improving head movement, footwork,
slips, and rolls. Build sharper reactions while staying fully engaged, even in extended sessions. Lightweight enough for sustained use, this tool delivers outstanding versatility and protection for both coach and fighter.
Beyond combat sports, these training sticks are now widely used across reactive sports like rugby, soccer and basketball, mimicking blocks, deflections, or contact scenarios in agility drills. Whether you're working inside the ring or on the field, the Reflex Strike Sticks by 1818 Fight are built to bring intensity and control to every rep.
