The Real "Rope" - Skipping Rope Engineered to Endure - Solid Fixed V1 by Ligum Fight Gear is built for fighters who demand durability and consistency in their conditioning tools. Constructed with a reinforced steel cable coated for surface protection, it maintains structure and speed through high-volume training on gym floors or outdoor surfaces. The coating increases durability while moderating cable feedback, giving athletes a smooth, repeatable rhythm during precision drills and endurance phases.
Rotation is driven by a precision bearing system integrated into each aluminium handle. This design delivers seamless spin and consistent turnover with minimal friction, ensuring clean, uninterrupted motion even under fatigue. The balanced 180g total weight provides added resistance compared to ultra-light speed ropes, enhancing stamina, rhythm control and timing across sustained sessions.
The 3m steel cable on the Real "Rope" - Skipping Rope Engineered to Endure - Solid Fixed V1 is a solid fixed-length configuration, engineered for fighters who prefer a permanent, competition-grade setup. The fixed design eliminates adjustment mechanisms, increasing long-term durability and maintaining structural integrity over months of heavy use. It provides absolute consistency across every workout, ideal for athletes training with precision and discipline.
Handles are machined from lightweight aluminium with a matte finish that maintains grip under sweat. The cylindrical design ensures even weight distribution, reducing wrist strain and allowing smooth rotation without disruption. Each handle is laser-marked with the Ligum Fight Gear insignia and the internal reference "If You Know.", reinforcing the brand's commitment to functional design over decoration.
Compact, portable and built to last, the Real "Rope" - Skipping Rope Engineered to Endure - Solid Fixed V1 fits easily into training bags and travels effortlessly between gym, camp and home environments. It is more than a skipping rope; it is a conditioning instrument, engineered to strengthen endurance, sharpen timing and develop footwork foundations essential to striking disciplines.
