Bore-Max Speed Jag & Patches - .40 Cal Bore-Fit Cleaning System
The Bore-Max Speed Jag and Patches are engineered as part of the Bore-Max Speed Clean System to deliver faster, deeper and more consistent bore cleaning for .40 caliber firearms. Over time, carbon and copper fouling build up in layers inside the barrel, degrading accuracy and performance. Carbon must be mechanically removed, while copper fouling requires chemical action to fully dissolve. This Speed Jag and Patch combo is precisely sized to provide optimal compression, thoroughly reaching into lands and grooves for superior fouling removal.
Unlike traditional jags, tips and square patches that can bunch up and miss critical contact areas, Bore-Max Speed Patches are custom-fitted to the Speed Jag. When center-spiked over the jag's tip, the patch expands evenly for maximum bore contact and no-bunch scrubbing. The result is a cleaner bore with fewer pass-throughs, less effort and faster results.
The synthetic Speed Patches feature quilted fibers that are super absorbent-proven to outperform cotton in soaking up fouling and spent solvent. This material lifts, traps and removes debris efficiently, maximizing every stroke of your cleaning rod. The nickel-plated jag is Bore-Fit precision machined, solvent-resistant and designed with 8/32" threads for compatibility with most standard cleaning rods.
