Operating Instructions
1. If the device is not used for an extended period, ensure power is turned off via the ON/OFF button; leave the milling head or metal head from the box in the chuck. Before turning on the device, ensure the drill bit is securely fastened in the chuck.
2. Before connecting the power supply, ensure the input voltage matches the required voltage on the back of the power box; a grounded outlet is recommended.
3. Connect the chuck plug to the side power box, then connect the foot pedal to the power box (plug located on the back of the device). Without a fuse/milling head attached, the chuck will not engage and the device will not start. 4.
Select different heads for the chuck based on specific requirements.
5. Set the milling speed to the minimum setting.
6. Start from the right - the ON/OFF button at the front. With the POWER indicator lit, slowly turn the SPEED knob clockwise.
7. Adjust the speed controller to increase rotation speed. Turning the knob clockwise increases the grinding head's speed.
8. If using the foot pedal, turn off the machine. Move the switch on the machine's rear to the "F=FOOT" position. Set the spindle speed via the switch. When you press the foot pedal, the spindle head will rotate at the preset speed. The spindle will stop when you release the foot pedal. The foot pedal facilitates starting the spindle at a preset speed.
9. Each time you change the rotation direction, first set the rotation speed to 0, then press the Reverse=R / Forward=F button. Do not press the Reverse/Forward button during operation. Risk of spindle burnout. To extend chuck lifespan, it is recommended to shut off the chuck for 10-20 minutes after a maximum of 20 minutes of use.
10. Speed must be adjusted from minimum to maximum before grinding can begin. The chuck will not open during operation.
