The Ligum Fight Gear Pro Athlete - Adjustable Weight Vest - Adjustable Removable Weights is built for loaded bodyweight training, cardio conditioning, and functional strength work. It adds external resistance while keeping the torso free to move, making it suitable for running drills, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, stair work, and conditioning circuits.
The vest uses removable iron weights, allowing athletes to adjust load according to training objective, exercise selection, and training level. Weight options include 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg.
Constructed from padded nylon, the vest is designed to sit close to the body during repeated movement. Reinforced nylon webbing straps support load stability, helping reduce unwanted shifting during dynamic training.
Adjustable hook and loop side straps allow a secure fit across different body types. The open-sided design improves ventilation and reduces heat build-up during extended conditioning work.
Padded shoulder and chest areas help distribute pressure across key contact points, supporting comfort during loaded sessions without compromising fit or control.
