Are you black, or are you a Christian?' Pontsho, I am talking to you. Are you black, or are you a Christian?' I am too dumbstruck to answer. He asks again, and I remain silent. 'I am a black Christian, Pastor.' Finally, some words. 'I can't be either, I am both.' Power and Faith excavates the question of the church's role in a progressive society.
