1. Check Door Direction and Clearance
This product is designed mainly for inward-opening doors. Check the opening direction and make sure there is sufficient clearance beneath the door before purchase and use.
2. Use on a Suitable Floor
Use on a dry, flat and firm floor. Water, dust, loose flooring, uneven surfaces or highly slippery finishes may reduce grip.
3. Install and Test Before Use
Adjust the base until the brace is firmly positioned. Test both the physical support and alarm function in a safe environment before first use.
4. Alarm Sound Notice
The alarm sounds at approximately 80dB for about 5 seconds when triggered. Do not test it close to the ears.
