How to Use AI Live Translation
To use the AI Real-Time Translation feature on your smart glasses, first download the Google Translate app on your smartphone and make sure your glasses are connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
Open the Google Translate app and select the languages you would like to translate between. For example, you can choose Zulu and English, or any other supported language combination available in the app.
Next, select Live Translate and press Start to begin the conversation.
Once Live Translate is active, speak naturally while wearing your smart glasses. Your smartphone and the connected glasses work together to help you follow the conversation in real time. Spoken words are picked up, processed through the translation app and translated into your selected language, helping you communicate more easily with someone who speaks a different language.
Quick setup:
- Download and open Google Translate on your smartphone.
- Connect your AI glasses to your phone via Bluetooth.
- Select the language you want to use (i.e. English).
- Choose Live Translate.
- Press Start.
- Begin speaking naturally and use the live translation to follow the conversation.
