With liposomal magnesium citrate for enhanced absorption, this chewable tablet is sugar-free, raspberry flavoured, and easy for kids to take.

Many children do not meet their daily magnesium needs, which may contribute to symptoms such as restlessness, low energy, muscle cramps, or disrupted sleep. Phytopure Magnesium Kids Chews makes daily magnesium intake easy and effective, combining two forms of magnesium citrate, including a liposomal version to improve absorption and tolerance.
Each tablet contains 50 mg of elemental magnesium in a base of xylitol and sorbitol, beetroot powder, and natural raspberry flavouring - free from sugar and artificial additives. The formula is suitable for daily use from age 1 through the teenage years, supporting physical development, and cognitive function as children grow.

SUPPLEMENT FACTS:
- Children 1-3 years: Chew 1 tablet daily.
- Children 4-8 years: Chew 1-2 tablets daily.
- Children 9 years and older: Chew 1-5 tablets daily.
- If your child is unable to chew, grind the tablet to a coarse powder before giving. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
