Ceregut is a next-generation probiotic developed by Phytoceutics, containing Cerebiome. The two key strains in Cerebiome (Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52 and Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175) were carefully selected for their ability to survive the journey through the gastrointestinal tract and effectively colonise the gut.
As a psychobiotic, Ceregut interacts with gut bacteria to confer mental health benefits to the host. The efficacy of its constituent strains has been demonstrated in numerous studies on Cerebiome, showing potential benefits in managing stress, promoting a healthy mood balance, and reducing stress-related gut discomfort.
