Pieces range approximately from 100×40mm down to 90×30mm and 50×30mm. No two pieces are identical, and no two packs will be exactly the same weight or composition. This product is sold by unit, not by weight - what varies is the natural character of each piece, not the quality. What you can count on is that every single one is 100% beef, honestly prepared, and ready to be thoroughly demolished.
