Pelikan BR40 erasers are high-quality rubber erasers designed primarily for removing ink, fountain pen ink, coloured pencils, and typewriter ink from paper and cardboard. The firm, abrasive rubber formulation works by gently lifting ink from the paper surface rather than dissolving it, which may result in slight paper thinning or texture change when overused.
For best results, apply light, controlled pressure and test on a small area first. These erasers are not suited for all ink types (such as modern gel or permanent inks) and perform best on suitable paper grades. Ideal for precise corrections when used with proper technique.
2/3 for pencil; 1/3 for ink/ink/ballpoint pen/typewriter/colored pencil.
