You love staying active - running, gym sessions, even just a long walk. But that nagging pain below your kneecap? It slows you down and takes the joy out of movement. Many athletes and casual fitness fans in South Africa deal with patellar tendon discomfort. The solution isn't bulky braces or complicated wraps. You need something simple, breathable, and secure.
Our Patella Knee Strap is made from soft polyester fabric that feels gentle on your skin. No more stiff, itchy materials. It's designed to solve three common problems:
Stays Put While You Move - The strong adjustable velcro closure lets you set the perfect tightness. It won't slip down during sprints, squats, or lunges. You focus on your workout, not on fixing your gear.
Flexible & Non-Restrictive - Elastic fabric bends with your leg. You get full range of motion - bending, jumping, kneeling - without any "stiff brace" feeling. It supports without trapping you.
Breathable & Lightweight - At only 20g, you'll barely feel it. The polyester material wicks away sweat and allows air to circulate. Perfect for long runs or hot gyms in Cape Town or Durban.
Simple to Use - Takes Seconds - Align the strap with the patellar tendon just below your kneecap, wrap it around your calf, and secure the velcro. Then adjust the tension dial until it feels snug but comfortable. That's it - you're ready to move.
Stops Unwanted Vibration - Many knee problems start with tendon wobble during impact. This strap applies gentle, targeted pressure to stabilise the patella, reducing that "loose" feeling when you run.
When to wear yours:
Morning jogs or trail running
Leg day at the gym (squats, lunges, deadlifts)
Long walks or hiking
Basketball, netball, or any jumping sport
Everyday use if you have mild patellar tendon soreness
You don't need a doctor's prescription or a bulky knee sleeve. This little strap fits in your gym bag or even your pocket. Pop it on before you head out, and feel the difference.
Get it now now - your knees will thank you later.
