This specialty thermometer has a 6cm dial with a 7cm shaft.
It is made of stainless steel and is very easy to install as you simply insert the stem through the hole in your pit/smoker/grill and then install the included nut.
If your pit does not have a hole, you can simply drill a 9.5mm hole and install the grill thermometer as described above.
This thermometer ranges from 10-400 C at cooking temperature.
