Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 all work synergistically to support the formation and maintenance of Strong Healthy Bones. Opti-CAL contains an added innovative ingredient called Type 1 Hydrolysed Collagen that allows Opti-CAL to not only assist with Bone Strength but also Bone Flexibility.
Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium work better together - Calcium requires Vitamin D3 for its absorption. Magnesium activates Vitamin D3. So, it is important to supplement Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium together.
Vitamin K2 activates Osteocalcin, which helps Calcium bind to the bone for bone strength, and it activates Matrix GLA protein that helps with arterial calcification. Vitamin K2 is not involved in blood clotting like Vitamin K1.
Sucralose is a zero calorie sugar substitute & sweetener which is about 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar), while Fructose has a low glycaemic (GI) index and is the sweetest of all nutritive sweeteners being approximately 1.2 times sweeter than sucrose.
