A rich, aromatic blend uniting the tropical sweetness of Vietnamese pandan leaves with the smooth, creamy depth of roasted mesquite from South Africa's Great Karoo. Together, they create a naturally sweet infusion layered with soft vanilla notes and gentle, earthy warmth.
Pandan, known as the "Vanilla of the East", is prized for its fragrant, grassy sweetness and calming character. Mesquite, traditionally enjoyed for its subtly caramelised, baked aroma, adds a grounding presence that complements pandan's tropical charm. This meeting of Asia and Africa offers a cup that is both comforting and distinctive, a taste of two landscapes in harmony.
With each sip, the sweet vanilla tones unfold into a warm, nutty finish, leaving a lingering sense of ease and contentment.
Serving suggestion:
We recommend brewing herbal infusion with water at around 100 degrees Celsius. Steep the herbs for approximately 3 minutes, then taste to see if the strength suits your preference. If you desire a stronger brew, you may steep it for another minute or two. Use a teapot with an infuser for best results. If a teapot is not available, an infuser ball, infuser cup, or a fine mesh strainer will also work well. For each serving, use about 3 to 4 grams of herbs, or roughly one teaspoon. This infusion may be steeped a second time; simply extend the brewing time to draw out the remaining flavour.
