- C (Centre): Covers the entire court, linking the defence and attack.
- WD (Wing Defence): Works in the defensive third to limit the attacking opportunities of the WA.
- GD (Goal Defence): Positioned near the goal circle to defend against the GA and GS.
- GK (Goal Keeper): Primarily defends the goal area to prevent the GS from scoring.
