For best results, take the seed before bedtime. In the morning, after breakfast, begin consuming water throughout the day. We recommend drinking a minimum of 2 litres of water daily to stay properly hydrated.
Gently scrape off the outer peel with a knife. Press the seed between your thumb and index finger until it splits into two halves. Cut each half into four pieces, resulting in eight portions per seed.
Start by taking 1/8 of a seed per day so that your body can gradually adapt. After 8 days, you may increase the serving to 1/4 of a seed per day. This gradual increase allows your system to adjust to the product. Never consume more than 1/4 of a seed per day, as there is no added benefit from exceeding this amount.
There are two recommended methods of consumption:
Method 1 - Consume Directly
- Take 1/8 to 1/4 of a seed approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
Because individual responses vary, the recommended maximum daily amount is 1/4 of a seed. If you experience excessive stomach looseness or discomfort, reduce the amount to 1/8 of a seed. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
Method 2 - Seed Infusion
- Crush 1/4 of a seed using a spoon.
- Add it to water and bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling begins, remove from heat.
- Allow the liquid to cool (additional water or ice may be added).
- Drink the liquid and consume the seed portion as well.
You may choose the method that works best for you.
Note: Continue use until your desired goal has been achieved. Thereafter, you may continue taking 1/8 of a seed at least three times per week for maintenance.
Always follow the recommended serving instructions and use the product responsibly.
