Dosage:
The usual dose for adults 18 years and older is:
Take one (1) or two (2) effervescent tablets per day after a meal. Dissolve the effervescent tablet(s) in a glass of water. Drink the mixture as soon as the effervescing has stopped. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
