Each 10g serving of Collagen-T1 supplies the clinically determined dose of 10g hydrolysed collagen peptides. Collagen-T1 is a "Type 1" bio-active form of collagen, which makes it the perfect form of collagen for helping to restore skin, tendons and ligaments. Type 1 collagen is also the the major organic component of bone mass.
