Multidrug Tests 5 Panel - 4 Pack

5-panel multidrug tests are used to detect the presence of five specific drugs in urine:

Amphetamines (AMP)
Cocaine (COC)
Marijuana (THC)
Opiates (OPI)
Methamphetamine (mAMP)
These tests are commonly used by employers and other organizations to screen for drug use. They are also sometimes used by individuals to monitor their own drug use or to test for drugs before participating in certain activities, such as driving or operating machinery.

5-panel multidrug tests typically work by detecting the presence of drug metabolites in urine. Metabolites are the breakdown products of drugs that are produced by the body. When a person uses a drug, their body metabolizes the drug and produces metabolites. These metabolites can be detected in urine for several days after the drug was used.

5-panel multidrug tests are relatively easy to use and can be performed at home or in a laboratory setting. To perform a test, the person simply collects a urine sample in a cup and then dips a test strip into the sample. The test strip will contain antibodies that are specific to the five drugs that the test is screening for. If any of the drugs are present in the urine sample, the antibodies will bind to the drugs and produce a colored line on the test strip.

5-panel multidrug tests are generally accurate, but they can produce false positive or false negative results. False positive results can occur if the person has recently used certain medications or other substances that can cross-react with the test. False negative results can occur if the person's urine sample is diluted or if the drug levels in the urine are below the cutoff level for the test.
