The new and improved MoliCare Premium Elastic 10 drops is Molicare's highest absorbency adult nappy, ideal for severe levels of incontinence where there is little or no control of the bladder or bowel. These adult nappies are best suited to people with very little mobility and rely on a carer for their daily needs. The new SkinGuard technology makes MoliCare Premium Elastic one of the best adult nappies on the market. The improved feeling for dryness, fast absorption speed and easy fitting make these the ideal incontinence product for both wearer and carer.
