Hardware Fixing Installation Steps (Wall/Column Universal)
Fixing the Metal Bracket
Take out the L-shaped metal bracket that comes with the light fixture. Attach the bracket to a flat surface of the wall, steel structure column, or billboard. Drill holes, insert plastic expansion tubes, and tighten the screws to secure the bracket firmly to the carrier.
Mounting and Adjusting the Light Fixture: Align the back clips of the light fixture with the bracket mounting points, loosen the side fixing knob, and rotate the light body up and down to adjust the illumination range (adjustable from 0 to 180 ). After confirming that the lighting angle meets the requirements, tighten the side knob to lock the light body and prevent it from shaking or shifting in the wind.
Wire Wiring (Key Waterproofing Steps): Identify the three wires leading from the light fixture: L (Live), N (Neutral), and PE (Ground). Power Off Confirmation: Turn off the main power switch and use a voltage tester to check for no current in the circuit.
Wire Connection: Twist and secure wires of the same color in pairs, and individually wrap each joint with multiple layers of insulating tape to prevent leakage.
Outdoor Waterproofing Upgrade: Place all joints in a waterproof junction box and fill the box with waterproof sealant to completely prevent rainwater immersion.
Ground Wire Priority Grounding: Reliably connect the ground wire to the wall ground wire to significantly reduce the risk of lightning strikes and leakage during thunderstorms.
