All bats must be professionally knocked in, oiled, and shoulder-and-toe bound by Milestone to qualify for any warranty coverage. Wind damage is covered by a full replacement within three months and a 50% discount on a replacement bat between three and six months, with discounted repairs thereafter.
Handle breakages caused by a possible manufacturing defect are repaired free of charge within three months; after three months, the repair is offered at a 10% discounted rate thereafter.
Normal wear and tear, face or edge cracks, toe splits, moisture damage, machine-ball use, unsuitable balls, improper use, courier costs and preparation costs are not covered.
