TANGLEWOOD Metropolitan Auditorium Cutaway with Elec & Bag
The Metropolitan Series TM6CE guitar offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and versatility, making it an ideal choice for players who value both rich acoustic tone and onstage performance capabilities. Its auditorium body shape provides a focused, well-rounded sound with strong midrange presence and clear articulation, making it equally suited to fingerstyle playing and light to moderate strumming. The Venetian cutaway not only adds to its elegant profile but also allows easy access to higher frets, encouraging more adventurous melodic exploration.
At the core of the TM6CE's voice is a spruce top, a tonewood renowned for its bright, responsive character and impressive dynamic range. Complementing this are the koa back and sides, adding warmth, balance, and a touch of natural sweetness to the overall tonal blend. The top, back, and sides are constructed using high pressure laminate (HPL), a durable material that offers exceptional stability and resistance to environmental changes while retaining an authentic acoustic character.
The natural satin finish enhances the visual beauty of the koa grain while providing a smooth, organic feel that is comfortable for extended playing sessions. For amplified performance, the TM6CE comes equipped with the Tanglewood TEQ-G3 EQ system, designed to capture and reproduce the guitar's natural tone with precision. The intuitive controls make it easy to adjust sound settings to suit any playing environment, from intimate venues to larger performance spaces.
With its combination of refined craftsmanship, dependable electronics, and an inviting playing feel, the Metropolitan Series TM6CE is built to inspire. It delivers a sound that is articulate yet warm, with the clarity needed for recording and the projection required for live performance. Whether on stage, in the studio, or at home, this guitar offers a reliable and expressive platform for any musician's creativity.
