Important Notice - "NO" Display / Grinder Position Check
If "NO" appears on the display, this does not necessarily mean that the machine is faulty.
In some cases, the locking tabs underneath the coffee bean hopper may not be correctly aligned, causing the machine to display "NO" as a safety reminder.
How to Check
- Switch off and unplug the coffee machine before checking.
- Remove the coffee bean hopper from the top of the machine.
- Check the position of the locking tabs underneath the hopper, as shown in the reference image.
- If the tabs are not in the correct position, use a suitable tool to gently turn them to the left until they align with the correct position shown in the image.
- Reinstall the coffee bean hopper securely.
- Switch the machine back on and check the display again.
Correct Position:
Please refer to the product image showing the correct position of the locking tabs.
Please Note: If "NO" remains on the display after the locking tabs have been correctly aligned and the hopper has been securely reinstalled, please contact us for further assistance.
