The passive cooling design operates without a fan, cable or external power, making it a simple and silent upgrade for compatible desktop computer builds. It is suitable for M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe and SATA/NGFF SSDs where the motherboard layout, mounting method and surrounding clearance are compatible.
For effective heat transfer, the heatsink must make proper contact with the SSD through a suitable thermal pad. Please check the SSD size, available installation clearance and included accessories before purchase.
