Appearance
This garlic-press is mainly constructed from premium stainless-steel tubular handles paired with a zinc-alloy pressing-head. It adopts a hinged lever-structure secured with robust metal rivets. The long hollow cylindrical handles extend the lever length to save squeezing-force. The front-end pressing-head is fitted with densely-arranged round holes to turn garlic and ginger into fine paste. The brushed metal surface is anti-rust and wear-resistant. All joints are tightly-welded, and the smoothly-polished edges prevent hand-scratches. The detachable design allows you to rinse residues away under running-water easily after cooking.
