How to Use
- Take out a new wax strip.
- Warm the strip by rubbing between your hands (or briefly with a hair dryer).
- Hold both ends and slowly peel apart to create 2 usable pieces.
- Apply to clean, dry skin and press firmly in the direction of hair growth until well adhered.
- Hold skin taut and pull back quickly against the direction of hair growth, keeping the strip parallel to the skin (do not lift outward).
- After hair removal, use a post-wax wipe or a little tea tree oil/baby oil to remove any residue; aloe-vera baby wipes also work well.
Preparation & Technique Tips
- Prepare your skin: cleanse and dry thoroughly; remove makeup, oils, and lotions.
- Patch test first: try a small area to check for sensitivity or allergies.
- Apply in the direction of growth; remove against growth, parallel to the skin.
- Soothe & hydrate: mild redness is normal; apply a soothing gel or gentle lotion. Avoid fragranced or harsh products immediately after.
- Allow recovery time: wait 3-4 weeks before waxing the same area again for optimal results.
- Post-wax wipes: oil-based wipes dissolve residue and calm skin. DIY option: baby wipe or cotton pad with baby/olive oil.
Notes & Safety Advice
- Primary use: small facial areas such as upper lip, eyebrows, cheeks, fingers.
- Body guidance: suitable techniques can also apply to body waxing; however, do not use on head, chest, perianal or genital areas.
- Do not use on varicose veins, scars, moles, broken, irritated, sunburned skin, or if you've previously reacted poorly to waxes.
- Consult a doctor before use if unsure or if you have skin conditions.
- Always patch test both the strip and any DIY/retail post-wax wipe.
