Lecithin is a compound made up of two fatty acids and choline. Lecithin is an important phospholipid needed by all living cells.
Lecithin is produced within our own bodies, and aids in maintaining our overall health and is utilized by every cell in our bodies. It breaks up fats and cholesterol and is excellent for a healthy heart. It helps the body utilize vitamins A, D, E, and K, is excellent for memory and concentration and cleanses the liver and kidneys.
