Through extensive observations, our team created a lighter ball while maintaining the essential technical features of a traditional football. Its wound bladder, wrapped with 2 km of thread, guarantees robust inflation and superior sphericity.
Lighter Than a Regular Ball
Weighing 15% less than standard size 5 balls (340-360 g vs. 410-450 g), this lighter ball is easier to kick, head, and control, allowing young players to enjoy more comfortable and effective gameplay.
Standardized Weight
The ball's weight is carefully standardized between 340 g and 360 g.
Circumference
The ball's circumference is between 68.0 cm and 70.0 cm, meeting size 5 standards.
Sphericity Measurement
To ensure a consistent bounce, sphericity is measured at 4500 points. If deviations exceed 1.8% (FIFA PRO Standard), adjustments are made.
Pressure Retention Test
Inflated to 0.8 bar.
After 72 hours, the ball must retain at least 85% of its pressure (approx. 0.7 bar).
Water Absorption Test
The ball absorbs no more than 15% of its weight after being subjected to 250 compressions in simulated rainy conditions.
Bounce Test
Dropped from 2 metres, the ball's bounce must range between 125 and 155 cm, with a maximum difference of 10 cm.
Durability Test
Withstands 2500 shots at 50 km/h against a concrete slab.
