How to choose the right yoga mat?
- Do you practice gentle yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Prenatal, Nidra, etc.)? The sequences of postures are slow and the physical intensity is rather moderate.
A mat between 5 and 8 mm ensures comfort for the neck and joints.
- Do you practice dynamic yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hot, Bikram, etc.)? The sequences of postures are fast and the physical intensity is high.

Be careful with the weight of your carpet

We choose the materials according to their properties, to best meet the needs in use.
Some materials are heavier than others and for equivalent material the thicker the carpet the heavier it is, because it uses more material.
Keep this in mind when choosing your carpet! (movement or not, on foot, by bike, by car ...)

How to maintain your carpet?
After your session, spray a mist of our essential oil spray to freshen up your mat. To remove all traces, wash your mat in warm, soapy water and let it air dry before rolling it up again.
