Go to Device App Code to access the download QR code.

After scanning successfully, please choose the version shown under the left-side icon on the download page.

This version is clearly labeled "For kids's watch".

Selecting the correct version ensures full compatibility and proper device binding.

2. Use the Correct Registration Code

When registering the watch:

• Enter the Device Register Code
• Do NOT use the IMEI number printed on the watch

The IMEI is NOT the registration code and will cause binding failure.
