Joel - When The Time Is (CD)

Joel has over 10 years in the entertainment industry as a singer, MC and TV presenter. The Sowetan newspaper raved about his silky velvet voice and The Daily News called him the new heart throb. When The Time Is Right is soulful and groovy with elements of R&B, Jazz a touch of African and Gospel flavour. This album is undoubtedly romantic but it is also inspirational with a strong message of Hope
