Considering that you can make almost anything in an Instant Pot Duo Smart Cooker, having a spare inner pot is very useful. This heavy gauge ceramic non-stick cooking pot comes in handy when you need to prepare an accompaniment dish to the main meal you are cooking in your Instant Pot. This coating is free from PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals found in other plastic coated non-stick inner pots.
