The BTS462T is a 1-output N-channel high-side vertical Power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS technology. It provides embedded protective functions, fast demagnetization of inductive loads and reverse battery protection with external resistor.
