1. Soft block brush . This is a type of brush used in various applications. It has soft bristles, is gentle on surfaces, and effective for applying Hydro Seal's Marble Blue waterproofing

2. 36-grit grinding disk (115mm). This grinding disk is an abrasive tool used for grinding and smoothing surfaces. It is a medium-coarse grit suitable for removing material and smoothing surfaces.

When using a 36-grit surface grinding disk, it's essential to follow proper safety procedures, such as wearing protective gear (e.g., gloves, safety glasses) and ensuring proper ventilation.
Surface preparation:
- Surface needs to be free from dust, oil, and grease. Any curing compound, mould, release agent, algae, calcium buildup, or other surface treatment must be removed.
- Steel trowelled or non-porous surfaces should be made rough to allow for penetration into the structure. Brush down, clean off, leaving a sound substrate providing adequate bond for applied slurry. Preparation is usually carried out using mechanical tools such as angle grinders fitted with surface grinding discs. Use the included 36-grit grinding disk (115mm)
- NB product needs to be applied on green/raw cement or plaster
Mixing Instructions
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Before you add any liquid, mix the dry ingredients properly to ensure that the active ingredients are distributed evenly. Suggested to use the Promix paint mixer
- 25kg Powder to 3 liter Bonding Agent to 6 liter Water
- Combine components in a suitable container, stir continuously to form a thick slurry.
- Allow the mixture to stand for 2 minutes to activate chemicals, then stir again before application.
- Apply on pre-saturated surfaces, using the included soft block brush, ensuring coverage of at least 1.5kg per m for 2 coats.
- Apply coats perpendicular to each other; allow 12 hours curing time between coats.
- Stir occasionally during application to prevent settling.
