Operation: Ensure that the burner cover and burner itself are in the correct position
If the flame is uneven, please remove the burner cover and clean it with water. When the flame mouth is blocked by dirt, please use a gimeet or similar tool for cleaning.
After cleaning the furnace cover and head, please thoroughly dry them and then install them back in place. Ignite the burner and confirm if the combustion is normal.
To install the burner, connect its nozzle hole to the nozzle and insert the protrusion on the back of the burner into the burner base. If the electrode of the ash spreader is corroded, the burner will not ignite easily. When removing the boiling furnace socket, please carefully inspect the electrodes. If the electrodes are corroded, please clean them with a dry cloth.
Operating instructions:
1. Please make sure the ignition knob is in the "off" position when turning on the device, and then fully open the shut-off valve of the gas cylinder. Press the ignition knob and turn it to the left until you hear a click. Ensure that the burner is ignited. When the equipment is not used for a long time and then reused, sometimes the burner may not ignite. This is because there is air inside the rubber tube. Rotate the ignition knob several times until the gas passes through. close
2. Flame regulation
To adjust the flame, please rotate the gas control knob to the appropriate position between "ON" and "OFF"
Simply adjust the knob to the desired position to easily adjust the flame from "high" to "low"
3. Adjust the air damper inside the Su flame gas meter correctly until it becomes slightly circular. At this moment, a strong blue flame will be generated.
4. Turn off the device and turn the ignition knob back to its original position, do not press it down. After use, do not completely close the plug of the gas cylinder.
