Re-usable therapeutic hot and cold wrap for use with common aches, pains, swelling
and bruising. Designed to retain a therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
Used either for:
Hot or Cold Treatment
Conforms to your body providing soothing relief from:

- Stiffness

- Arthritis
HEAT THERAPY
Heat in microwave: 700W-900W for 20 seconds if pack is at room temperature (1 min if frozen)
Check that the right temperature has been achieved
Apply to the affected area
COLD THERAPY
Freeze for 1- 2 hours
Do not apply pack direct from freezer onto naked skin
Wrap in cloth before applying
Return to freezer after use
CAUTION
Always check the temperature prior to application.
Overheating or prolonged application may cause injuries including burns.
Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack.

Do not use on children under 2 years.
Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents.
Do not apply to sensitive skin, or open wounds.
Do not use for purposes other than intended.
Do not fall asleep using the pack.
Use only under adult supervision.
