Usage Method:
Cold compress: Place in the freezer or refrigerator freezer (-10 -20 ) for at least 15 minutes before use.
Hot compress: Immerse the compress bag in a container filled with water and heat it in the microwave (high temperature) for 3 minutes, or boil the bag directly in boiling water for 5 minutes to fully heat it before use.
