Compatible with various cutting tools
Compatible with most household kitchen knives such as kitchen knives, fruit knives, slicing knives, etc., one daily sharpening is enough.
Usage
Place the sharpener on a flat and clean tabletop, press the handle to lock the suction cup, and ensure it is securely fixed.
When polishing the tool, select the corresponding gear according to the bluntness of the tool, place the blade into the groove, and pull it back and forth at a constant speed (do not polish back and forth). Repeat 10-20 times.
When polishing scissors, place the blade of the scissors into the dedicated slot, gently open and pull it several times to complete the maintenance.
After polishing, rinse the knife/scissors with clean water and dry them, then wipe the surface of the sharpener with a dry cloth.
Precautions
Only ordinary metal cutting tools and scissors can be polished. Do not use special cutting tools such as serrated knives, ceramic knives, and art knives to avoid damaging the grinding disc.
When sharpening, maintain a constant speed and pull back. Do not push forward to prevent the blade from jamming or chipping.
Please keep the product out of reach of children to avoid accidental contact and injury.
Do not rinse the grinding groove with water, keep it dry and store it to extend its service life.
Cleaning and Maintenance
After use, wipe the surface of the sharpener with a dry cloth. The grinding groove does not need to be washed with water, and it should be stored dry to extend its service life.
