Installation Usage Notes
After replacing the electric water pump:
Clear any existing water-pump fault codes using a diagnostic tool.
Perform cooling-system bleeding/venting:Fill the coolant reservoir and close the cap.Turn ignition on (without starting the engine).Set the heater to maximum temperature and minimum fan speed.Fully press the accelerator for ~10 seconds (engine OFF) to activate the pump.The pump will run for ~3 minutes to complete the bleeding cycle.Recheck coolant level and top up if necessary.
