The Hex Barbell Bar - 5cm by Ligum Fight Gear is designed to improve your lifting technique while reducing strain on the body. Its unique hexagonal shape allows you to stand inside the bar, promoting a more upright posture during exercises such as deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer's walks. This positioning reduces stress on the lower back, helping to prevent injury and improve lifting efficiency.
The bar features two parallel handles that allow for a neutral grip, which helps reduce strain on the wrists and shoulders. This makes it a great option for athletes who want to reduce joint stress or those with previous injuries.
While it's ideal for deadlifts, the Hex Barbell Bar is versatile enough for a range of exercises, including shrugs and bent-over rows. The neutral grip helps target muscles in the upper back and shoulders more effectively compared to traditional barbells, making it a great choice for full-body strength training.
Built from high-quality steel, this barbell is both durable and strong, able to withstand heavy lifting without compromising stability. The knurled handles provide a secure grip, reducing the chance of slippage during lifts. The hexagonal shape adds stability, preventing the bar from rolling or shifting during use.
