Our backpacks are made out of recycled tarpaulin PVC material, which has reached the end of its lifecycle as a material in the manufacturing industry (the kind you see covering the large delivery trucks ).It has now been upcycled into a highly durable yet lightweight and water-resistant backpack that is available in 6 bright colours. Inside and outside pockets are made from weather-resistant black canvas material. Both materials are easy to clean and sanitise.
The handles and adjustable straps are made out of heavy-duty seat belt webbing, so they can carry a heavy load. We aim to reduce plastic use, hence our range doesn't have any plastic clips or hooks - only metal components, incl. chunk zips, are used. The backpack top can be rolled up and tightened in order to make it smaller, which makes it the perfect travel companion as an airplane carry-on or commuting bag.
