- Rice.
- Flavorings.

- Dehydrated Vegetables.

Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1.5L of boiling water to a pot.
- Add Foodsock to the boiling water.
- Stir for about 30 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Cook the beans for 15 minutes and let them rest for +- 1hour to soften.
