Grater with collection tray
The handy collection tray that comes with this grater allows you to catch the grated cheese, carrot, ginger, chocolate or whatever you like to sprinkle over your dishes while grating. This way you can serve the ingredient in the tray on the table so that everyone can take it themselves or you can click the lid onto the tray and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
Grater with two sizes
You get two sizes of graters with this grater with which you can grate fine and coarse pieces. The fine grater is used for small pieces, for example for parmesan cheese on pasta or very fine pieces of chocolate on a dessert or cake. The coarse grater is used to make large flakes or if you don't feel like chopping all your ingredients finely.
